Francis O'Toole is from Templemore, Co. Tipperary and now lives in Slane, Co. Meath. He has post graduate qualifications in occupational psychology and industrial psychology and a master of Science from Iona College, New York. Francis works as a teacher and guidance counseller. He is the author of 'Walking on Air' (2017) and 'Mindfulness Unlocked' (2020). His poetry has been published in Drogheda Independent and Tipperary Star newspapers.
Alpha and Omega is the author's first collection of poetry.
